Mic works fine. At one time I tried a headset but I can’t test it now. I’m having the same problem on my all-in-one Lenovo computer. All settings, volumes, etc. The speakers work fine everywhere except a Zoom meeting! I updated Zoom, checked drivers for updates, etc. Hope someone can help!
I have same issue on Mac for last 2 weeks I have 45 years in IT so believe me when i say it is a Zoom problem. Thank you for your response! I guess I’ll just keep updating Zoom on this computer and use a tablet until this gets resolved. This is a new problem that’s popped up in the past few weeks! Very frustrating! I have the same issue on my Lenovo. I have used the same laptop for 2 years and never had an audio problem with Zoom.
Now suddenly no speakers detected. No problem with my speakers at all in any other application just as other commenters have noted. Is Zoom doing anything to address this issue? Our IT help desk shared a work around. Use Zoom from browser. Will need to cancel “Start in app” when join or start a meeting, then a message at bottom allow you to join from browser.
